A.Yes we specialise in the design and building of loft conversions.
Q. How can I tell if I can convert my loft?
A. Not all lofts are able to be converted because of technical and practical reasons.
We will therefore visit you at your house FREE OF CHARGE to offer our consultation and we will be able to advise what can and can not be done and then give you our quotation for the whole process of converting your loft.
Q. Can I get to see a completed loft conversion?
A. Yes you can visit and see one of our completed loft conversion as an example of our work.
Q. Do I require planning permission for loft conversions?
A. Some properties may not requuire planning permission. This depends on if there have any other works been carried out such as extensions. This will be determined on our first free consultation. All loft conversions need to submit building regulations and we can of course handle both planning if necessary and building regulations.
Q. Do you handle plumbing and electrical works during loft conversion works?
A. Yes we handle everything with our own teams of fully experienced and highly skilled tradesmen.
Q. What areas do you cover for loft conversion?
A. We cover the whole of Greater London within the M25 only.
Q. How much will my loft conversion cost?
A. Each and every loft conversion is individual to the property and therfore the costs vary from property to property. On our first free consultation we evaluate the project and will prepare a detailed and comprehensive quotation within 4-5 working days for your approval.
Q. Will there be a lot of mess and inconvenience to me and my family during the loft conversion works?
There will be no need to move out of your house during the works on your project as we work
extensively from outside your house. We aim to keep the disturbance to a minimum.
Q. How long will it take to finish a loft conversion?
A. It takes an average of 8-10 weeks to complete an DORMER CONVERSION.
Q. How quickly can start the loft conversion work?
A. We aim to start all works within 10 days of the relevant permissions being obtained.
